ARiMR 2026 grants for the agri-food sector
The I.10.7.1 call supports SME investments in processing, marketing and development of agricultural products outside the farm. FoodPass can become the digital layer of the operation: supplier cooperation, batch records, quality control, audit documentation, ESG/MRV data and traceability from raw material to finished product.
The current call runs from 1 to 30 September 2026. Eligibility of IT costs should always be checked against the call documentation, rules and grant advisor guidance.

The programme is dedicated to off-farm projects: processing, trade and value-chain organisation. The application should clearly show how the investment improves cooperation, quality, transparency and market development for agricultural products.
Applications are submitted electronically through the ARiMR PUE platform.
Minimum and maximum aid amount indicated for intervention I.10.7.1.
Up to 50% as standard, and up to 60% in selected cooperation models or areas.
Total funding pool published for the current call.
The programme addresses micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that run or develop agricultural product processing or marketing activities. For FoodPass, the strongest projects are those where digitalisation is not an add-on, but a management layer for quality, suppliers and product data.

FoodPass supports operation areas that require structured data: suppliers, contracts, raw material batches, documents, audits, quality results, environmental footprint and reporting. This helps describe the digital effect of the investment in a specific, measurable and call-aligned way.

Data from farms, transport and plants can support environmental footprint assessment, Scope 3 reporting and measurement of waste and resource reduction effects.
In grant projects, an IT system should be linked to the purpose of the operation. In practice, this means describing which processes will be digitalised, what data will be collected and how the system improves control over the value chain.
